Return policy

Our warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All buyers are responsible for return shipping costs as described below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. You may request a shipping label; in this case, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are unfortunately not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at INFO@ztechknives.com. Gift
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. The gift card will be sent to you after we receive your return.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who purchased the item sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser, and they will be notified of your return.

The delivery time for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
